I'm Pedro, the baker behind Golden Cactus. I learned to bake alongside my family in Venezuela, especially my sister, who taught me that food is a way to show love.
After she passed, baking became a way to keep her memory alive. Today, I bring that tradition to the Coachella Valley, making every batch by hand with ingredients I choose with care.
